We recap the LA Kings’ second game against the Colorado Avalanche and give progress reports on individual player performances before heading into the holiday break. Dwight King, oooooh! Martin Jones, aahhhh! Plus, Dustin Brown takes out Sharks rookie Tomas Hertl, Toffoli continues to impress, Robyn Regehr is a fancy gentleman, and we still don’t get to celebrate Trevor Lewis.
[…] The Avalanche were an interesting team to face right after returning. They’re not the toughest competition, but they’ve been a little trickier for the Kings this season. The first game between these two teams went 0-0 until an unfortunate deflection off a Kings player gave the Avalanche the winning goal.
